We also provide longer-term wellbeing support through referral to our in-house personal trainer, ideal for clients transitioning from rehab to guided physical activity or sport-specific training.

 

Additionally, we work closely with a variety of local wellbeing class providers, including yoga, pilates, and strength-based classes. With your consent, we can provide these instructors with a joint initial session, providing a brief outline of any relevant clinical precautions or activity guidelines to help you take part safely and confidently.
