Welcome to Oaklands Physiotherapy, working within Oaklands Health Centre and alongside the medical team, for over 25 years.

Oaklands Physiotherapy provides high quality, evidence based physiotherapy advice, care and treatment within a contained, safe and supportive space.

We take pride in creating lasting relationships, which see many of our existing clients return to us for regular, long term physiotherapy support, check up's or reliable physiotherapy assessment and intervention as required.

We take a collaborative, open and honest approach to our work with you and are able to liaise with local GP's and NHS providers for onward referrals as as required. 

​

Our team have a broad range of experience working within primary and secondary NHS care services locally.  We have extensive knowledge of referral or after care pathways, that if required, allows us to liaise with the correct teams and colleagues, providing a supportive, seamless and effective investigative or rehabilitation pathway.  We enjoy good, collaborative working relationships with many local allied health professional private providers and can confidently refer on to these colleagues to support you, instead of, or alongside us at Oaklands Physiotherapy.

We offer home visits within a 3 mile radius if you are unable to travel to our practice.

Further locations are considered subject to agreement for travel reimbursement.
