Service Closure 

In line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), former clients have the right to:

    •    Request access to their personal data and clinical records

    •    Request correction of inaccurate data

    •    Request erasure or restriction of processing where applicable

    •    Raise queries regarding how their data is stored or used

Requests will be handled confidentially and responded to within the statutory timeframes set out under UK GDPR. Clinical records continue to be stored securely and retained in accordance with professional, legal, and indemnity requirements.
